Styles Group Fitness is a unique fitness boutique, specializing in cross-training for men and women. Our unique program design and philosophy of fitness makes our workouts unlike any other you have experienced. Here at Styles Group Fitness our sessions are one hour of strength and cardio using a mixture of: Plyometrics, body weight movements, weight lifting and other strength exercises, TRX training, rope undulation, kettlebells, gymnastic movements, conditioning drills, agilities, medicine ball skills, tire training, and more! No matter your level, there is something for everyone! From the triathlete or marathoner, to the stay at home mom or working professional, any level of fitness can do this!
Our kick-butt sessions are highly varied and completely different every time you workout. In this way, we can keep both your body and mind from reaching that boredom and physical plateau. Members can choose sessions by type and time; We offer mixed sessions, women only sessions, and men’s only sessions. With over 75+ sessions a week [starting as early as 5:00am and as late as 7:30pm] there is something to suit everyone’s schedule!
Speaking of schedules… all sessions are by appointment only. In this way, you have a reserved space in class and we can insure the integrity of a small group (so you get one on one attention!). Every member is given a unique username and password to login into their personal scheduling account where they can add/delete/reschedule any sessions based on what works for them. This gives members needed flexibility so that they can get all workouts in. You are busy, we totally get it!
SGF is a true fitness community and in addition to completely rocking it in the gym, we take it off the turf. From community socials, cooking workshops, wine nights, and even boat outings
