How Does Styles Group Fitness Network’s Pricing compare to other Richmond Training Programs?

Small group personal training has so many benefits. It pushes you harder to be faster and stronger, holds you more accountable because you are working out with a team, and its fun! It has become more and more popular, and more gyms are trying to offer it as part of their programming.  Most programs, in a group setting, start at $35-$40 per session, per person. I personally guarantee that we are the lowest priced small group personal training, for a bootcamp, in town.

Are There Additional Discounts?

Of course we value referrals into our fitness community and want to thank you for that! So long as your referral is enrolled, your discount still applies! Receive 10% off your training per referral.

When Should I Start?

Losing weight and toning your body doesn’t happen over night and forcing it to adapt too quickly can mean poor results or results that won’t last. Don’t set yourself up for failure; we work with you develop a plan that works for you!

Is there a locker room?

Yes! We have full showers stocked with all the toiletries you need and also have a towel service. Please bring your own appliances.

The Directions from the Boulevard are:

Make a left on Robin Hood road (before the diamond)

First right at Hermitage

Go about a half-mile (past SPCA) and then make a left on Overbrook Road

Go down Overbrook and just before the 95 overpass, make a right into “SCOR” and “ESP”

Enter through Glass double doors
