FAQ

How Does Styles Group Fitness Network’s Pricing compare to other Richmond Training Programs?

Small group training has so many benefits. It pushes you harder to be faster and stronger, holds you more accountable because you are working out with a team, and its fun! It has become more and more popular, and more gyms are trying to offer it as part of their programming.  Most programs, in a group setting, start at $35-$40 per session, per person. I personally guarantee that we are the lowest priced small group personal training, for a bootcamp, in town.

When Should I Start?

Losing weight and toning your body doesn’t happen over night and forcing it to adapt too quickly can mean poor results or results that won’t last. Don’t set yourself up for failure; we work with you develop a plan that works for you!

How do Your Memberships work?

All of our membership packages are monthly. You can enroll with three different commitment levels- 12month, 8month, 3 month. Of course, the longer you commit for, the bigger discount you get on your membership package. After meeting your minimum commitment, your membership automatically renews each month.

How do you cancel your membership?

Whereas most gyms require weeks or even months of notice, we ask that you provide 10 business days in writing (email or letter) notice to cancel any monthly auto-renewing contract.

I am a member, but I know I need to miss a handful of workouts due to a planned vacation- can I make those up?

Making up classes is a courtesy. Our policy is that, if you provide at least 48 hours notice to canceling a workout- you may reschedule that missed session. All requests are submitted in the gym at the front desk. If you fail to provide 48 hours notice or simply do not show up for a workout, that sessions is counted as a missed workout and you will not be able to make it up.

What if I am running late to class- how late is too late to jump in the workout?

The 7 Minute rule: If you are more than 7 minutes late to a workout, you will be asked to leave and your workout is counted as “missed”. Why? Warming up for our kind of workout is crucial to avoiding injury. If our coaches have to extend the warm-up because you are late, it is unfair to the rest of the group. If we don’t warm  you up and carry on with the workout, you increase the chance of getting hurt. Our 7 Minute policy is purely a safety policy.
