Well, you may gather that that is a slightly sarcastic title. I am incredibly frustrated by the fact that I was doing so well, but ended up finding the pounds that I had so recently lost. After meeting with Christine, our resident SGFN dietician, this evening, I’ve come to a couple of conclusions.
My crazy life and stress level has been wild for the last couple of weeks, and I’ve not been on track AT ALL. But you know, that’s not always an excuse. When in our lives are we ever going to be completely relaxed, perfectly organized, having plenty of money, as well as plenty of time (but not be bored, because that would encourage your bad habit- food, cigarettes, etc.) ? I’ll tell you when- never. If you find any different, please do let me know, because that sounds like a situation I’d at least like to try out.
Anyway, I’m back on the wagon right now- not tomorrow, not Monday. Right now. Rather than lose my mojo and throw it all to the wind, I’m getting right back on and going back to logging my food (which frankly, is a HUGE help.) My goal is to have lost those three, at least, before next week. Let’s see what I can do.
